All exterior concrete was removed and then re-poured with reinforcing steel mesh. Included curb, apron approach, city sidewalk to match grade on driveway, driveway to back of house continuous with large patio in the back. Done in 2009.
Porch completely rebuilt in 2009 with new footing true to the original footprint. Custom railings built and installed in 2010.

Windows are triple glazed Pella Designer Line. Custom sized windows to maximize original brick openings, the exterior is maintanace free and brick molding. All Pella windows installed with integrated blinds that tilt, raise and lower. Double hung windows have tilt-in sashes for cleaning, and full screen option for top down ventilation. Installed by Pella Windows, January, 2009.
Roof, gutters, downspouts, siding, trim and caulking were done in 2009. Shingles are Owens Corning dimensional. The exterior is projected to be maintenance free for 20 - 30 years.
